Style Me Happy Hour at Red Hue Boutique
Red Hue Boutique held a Style Me Happy Hour this past April in conjunction with Fenestra Apartments in Rockville Town Square. We offered a fun night, complete with music, wine, and of course shopping. One lucky winner received a 25$ Gift Certificate! Check out the video below and photos from the event!

Red Hue at DC Fashion Week
Once again Red Hue had the incredible opportunity of participating in DC Fashion Week, the areas largest fashion event. We showcased at the International Couture Collections Show as well as other events throughout the week. Here a re few images from the event!

Red Hue Boutique at FAME!

Red Hue Boutique Grand Opening!
Our move to Rockville Town Square became official on February 19th, 2011 with out grand opening celebration.We have enjoyed a wonderful welcome from the community and residents as well as our neighboring businesses. Here are a few images from our grand opening celebration and our new shop!

Spring Collection Sneak Peek
Hello Friends,
Just like you, I am anxiously awaiting Spring! So since I'm feeling all antsy I thought I'd delight your sight! Here's a sneak peek of what Red Hue Spring 2011 will look like.
Bright and beautiful. I was very much inspired by dolls and tea parties! I can imagine pairing these items with cute little nude ballet flats or cutesy chunky wedges and knee height stockings! How ever you pair them, just make sure you're having fun and feeling great! I'm also anxiously awaiting the arrival of more Spring samples filled with ruffles and flowers!

Painting The Town Square Red
Red Hue Boutique is happy to announce it will be moving to a new location in mid February! That's right we're moving to Rockville Town Square. With this move comes a new, revamped, upgraded Red Hue. We're painting the town square RED! Stay tuned for more updates!

Red Hue Boutique held it's first fashion show on October 5th at its College Park Location. Thank you to all those who were a part of this awesome show! Thank you to MUAs and to all those who assisted in dressing or preparing for the show. Shout outs to the Univerity of MD Fashion & Business Group!

Red Hue at DC Fashion Week
Red Hue was presented at the International Couture Collection Show for DC Fashion Week on Sunday Sept. 26th. It was an awesome experience! Loved every minute of it. Here is a link of photos from that day.
Summer Daze
Can you believe the summer is almost over :( All those cute sundresses and sandals off to be stored in the closet until spring. Ok so I've had my poor little blog abandoned for some time. I feel like it is a good time to make this blog a little more personalized. I have decided to update you all on our new items through the blog and have you follow along on the Red Hue adventure :) Here are some of our summer items for you to enjoy..
Designer Bio
Maryland based designer Silvia Huezo is a graduate of the Marymount University fashion design program. Her interest in fashion began while in High School where she began designing and creating her own unique wardrobe. In 2005 she entered Marymount University and graduated with a BA in Arts. Future plans include a denim line and a retail location. Her inspiration comes from popular culture as well as ethnic cultures, music, art, high fashion, films and social activism. She believes that fashion is a medium that can be used to convey positive messages and serve society in a productive manner. In 2009 her designs were featured in USA Today and MSNBC.
